Crop Tool:
This tool is used to remove the unwanted area. The Crop tool removes the part of an image surrounding the selection. Crop to remove distractive background elements and create a focus on your desired object in the image. When you crop an image, by default, the resolution remains the same as the original image.
- Click and drag on the area you want then press "Enter".
- The remaining area will be deleted from your screen.
Sub tools of Crop Tool
There are three sub tools of crop tool which are given as:
- Knife Tool
- Virtual Segmented Tool
- Eraser
1) Knife Tool:
Knife tool is used for edge to edge cutting of object. This tool can work in a both way freehand and line cut.- For line cut: Click on the point and simply cut into a line.
- For freehand cut: Click on the point and drag
randomly (freehand) then click on other point separate it.
2) Virtual Segmented Tool:
This tool is used to remove the parts of object between intersections .This tool delete the segments which are formed by the combination of several shapes.
- Click on the desired line which your want to remove and that line will be removed.
3) Eraser :
This tool is used to remove the unwanted area inn the image. The eraser can work as both freehand and straightly. The shape can be divided into several parts by this.
- Press left click and cut the shape either straightly or randomly.
⤷Ctrl + U → To ungroup
⤷Ctrl + K→ To break apart
➡Zoom Tool:
This tool is to magnify the screen. To take a magnified view of the object on screen zoom tool is used.
- (+) This is for zoom in.
- (-)This is for zoom out
- You can even zoom in and zoom out with the mouse scroller.
The short key of zoom tool is "Z"
➡Pan Tool: This tool is used to move the page (working area). Just select pan tool and move the page where you want.
- The pan tool can also be opened by pressing space bar.
Short key of pan tool is "H".
